How can I request an early check-in or late check-out time?

Early check-in or late check-out should be requested directly with the hotel. Extra charges might be applied.


When are compulsory meals and surcharges applied?

Customers are kindly requested to pay for surcharges as well as compulsory dinners on Christmas, New Year and Vietnamese New Year (Tet).


Do I pay any reservation fee?

No, We will not charge you a reservation fee.


What is the Run of House room category?

 "Run of House", sometimes abbreviated as "ROH" includes the most common or standard type of room category in the hotel, featuring basic amenities. When you select "Run of House", your actual room will be determined by the hotel, based on availability, at the time of check-in.


Your rates are per person per night?

No, our rates is per room per night.


Do children stay for free?

Our room prices are based on nightly double occupancy. Kids under twelve usually stay for free if sharing bed with parents. Almost hotels and resorts accept maximum of 1 kid stay in parents' bed and breakfast for kids under 12 years is 50% of adult's prices.


What is the hotel categories specified in your website?

We have tourist class (2 star hotels), standard class ( 3 star hotels) superior class (4 star hotels), deluxe class (5 star hotels) . The tour quotation will be based on which hotel category you select.


Are there any hidden cost you do not mention? What about tipping?

No, all inclusions and exclusions are mentioned at our final confirmation for your trip. Generally, tipping is not compulsory. If you are satisfied with your guides, drivers, a small gratuity is an appropriate way in which to show appreciation to them.


Do children receive discounted rates?

Yes, we are a friendly children company, children enjoy discount from us. Under 2 year olds free of charge. 2-12 year olds as bed share : 50 % of adult price. 7-12 year olds as twin share : 90% of adult price


What is a confirmation voucher?

Once the service you have booked is confirmed, we will send you by email a confirmation voucher detailing all the reservation and price conditions. Please, print it out  keep it as your trip’s documents and presented when requested. Your voucher will be accompanied by a booking confirmation number; make sure to have it in hand upon arrival or check in hotel.


What’s your cancellation policy for tours reservation?

21 days prior to your tour's departure : no cancellation charge (but US$ 100 non refundable deposit will be forfeited for tour booking and 50 USD for hotel reservation or other service)
Within 16 -21 days prior to tour's departure : 20%
Within 08 -15 days prior to tour's departure : 50%
Within 03 - 07 days prior to tour's departure : 75%
Within 7 days prior to tour's departure: 100 %


How long does it take to get a confirmation?

You will get a confirmation within 48 hours except for special cases (during fair periods, high season, or special events...)


How do I customize my Itinerary?

Just  click on customized tour and fill up the form or email us to tell us what you want. Our travel expert will support & advice you invaluable information!


What happens to my tour booking if my flight is delayed?

Please inform us and the hotel immediately in order to change your reservation as soon as possible. Any additional fees will only depend on the hotel policy. We try our best to offer you the similar ground services. You can request for a new “Itinerary/Receipt” with new information of reservations.


What is the latest time that I can make my reservation?

Even if we accept all bookings that are made on the travel date, we can only guarantee bookings made at least 3-working days for day trips and excursions only (not including Sun & Public holidays) before the departure date. Any the earlier you book, the better chance you have to get a confirmed reservation.


How do I reserve tour with you?

Making an online reservation with www.vietravel.com.vn is easy. Just complete and send the reservation form making sure that you have given us your e-mail address and a valid credit card number. As soon as we receive your request we will contact your chosen hotel to confirm the reservation. It is our policy to reply to all requests within 48 hours. Please read our Deposit and Cancellation policy before making payment.


Can I pay by credit card in Vietnam?

Yes. You can pay by Visa, Master only. Also, Please keep in mind that we DO NOT accept card payment only over the phone due to security purposes. We need the written authorization from you with your real signature. We currently accept the Visa and Master credit cards with 2,75 % bank fees .


Can I extend my Vietnam visa?

The visa we apply for you is tourist visa with maximum validity of 01 month. However, you can extend the Visa when you are in Vietnam.


How I can get Vietnam visa on arrival?

You can get the Visa upon your arrival to the Airport. Firstly, we apply for the Letter of Visa Approval of which a copy will be sent to you. You will need this to get on the flight to Vietnam. Upon arrival at Vietnam’s Airport, you should submit this copy to the Immigration Officer. Just 05 minutes, you pay 25USD/PAX and get the visa.
